(1) The licensee may levy and collect service charges for providing telecommunication services to customers:- But
(a) The rate of such service charge should be approved by the authority.
(b) The rates of such service charges shall be published as directed by the Authority.
(c) The rate of such service fee should be reasonable and reasonable.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the licensee shall prepare a list of service fee rates based on the relevant guidelines issued by the Authority and submit the list to the Authority for approval at least three months in advance.
(3) The license holder shall not unfairly discriminate in relation to the fees and other conditions of the telecommunication services provided by him or give unfair preference to any person including himself or cause any unfair loss to any person.
